The marketplace and the ads business seem like a low-hanging fruit though it lacks the fulfilment services that Amazon offers.
Regarding the Superapp, your comments are valid. Based in EU as well and seeing Revolut flourishing we find it weird that Venmo never made it into other markets!

They are so slow! Or maybe just focused on payment. but they should aim to be more then that
Reason for low stock price could also be management uncertainty and fierce competition in payments industry?
I like it that they buy back 75% of fcf, should compound well over the years
